The student must pay the advisor payment portion first and will receive the payment back afterwards
There are three semesters in the academic year (Spring, Summer, and Fall) and there are no tuition fees charged for the summer semester. There are a total of two payments per year for an academic year, for Ph.D. students they must pay a total of 8 semesters for their four-year study
